1. Purchased services
Monthly subscriptions
- ePigeon accounts are based on a service of free or paid monthly subscription plans ("Subscription plans") defined in the price page of ePigeon's website ("Price plan").
- Subscription plans offer access to different services within a calendar month.
- Subscription plans offer the client an amount of email credits available for use during a calendar month. Every email sent will reduce the amount of credits available from the subscription by (1). At then end of the billing period credits will be reinitialized to the amount related to the Subscription plan purchased.
- At the end of the month, monthly subscription credits left will be added as an extra volume for the upcoming month and they will be used with priority by the next scheduled campaigns.
- If the client chooses a paid Subscription plan, ePigeon will bill the client for the paid Subscription plan in accordance with the current "Price plan".
- Subscription plan will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless the client cancels its Paid subscription plan before its renewal date. If the client has a Paid Subscription plan at the time of renewal, it will be charged based on the "Pricing plan".
- If the client cancels its Paid subscription plan before its renewal date, subscription to said plan will remain active until the end of calendar month and won't be renewed.
- The client can complement its monthly subscription, both free and paid, with different paid services.
Extra credits
- Extra credits service, "pay-per-use" model. The client purchases credits for a fee and each email sent will reduce the amount of credits by (1) credit. The client can purchase as many credits as they want at any time and those won't expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Other paid services
- In addition to credits and monthly subscriptions, we offer other paid services that provide specific functionalities in our Email Marketing service, such as renting dedicated IP, Advanced Support or Consulting.
- You can check the price of our services in our "Pricing plan"
ePigeon may modify the Pricing plan of any service at any time. It will be notified via email and platform alert. Changes to the "Pricing plan" will be deemed accepted 30 days after notification.
2. Payments
- The client agrees to pay any subscription fees or other fees applicable from its Purchased Services.
- Payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card. The client must provide accurate contact and billing information, and any change to that information must be reflected in ePigeon.
- Paid subscription services must maintain a valid payment method in our system. The client authorizes ePigeon to charge to its payment method defined the amount owed to ePigeon for the Services purchased, any taxes from sales or usage, and any applicable late fees or interest. If your designated payment card is replaced for any reason, the client authorizes ePigeon to charge the new card for the amount owed to ePigeon for any Service.
- The person responsible of adding the payment card represents and warrants that it is authorized to use such card, that the amount owed to the card can be charged as agreed herein, and that such charges will not be rejected. The client agrees that it's solely responsible for any payment, fraud, abuse or unauthorized use of this card by itself or others.
- ePigeon has the right to cancel or reject any order due to pricing errors or lack of availability of the products or services requested. Once detected, you will be duly notified and a refund of the payment made will be processed.
- ePigeon will not store nor have access to your full credit or debit card details. ePigeon uses third party payment providers compliant with PCI DSS to process payments, including but not limited to Paypal and Redsys. ePigeon reserves the right to process payments using any provider without any change to the payment amount to be processed. Your payment is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the third party payment provider.
- Any personal or payment data provided during the purchase process will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable laws and regulations.
- We will not share your personal data with unauthorized third parties except when it is needed in order to process your purchase or when we are legally required to do so.
3. Refund policy
- No refund will be made for monthly paid subscription services or any other paid services unless otherwise specified.
- Extra credits service will grant you 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund, provided that any of them have not been used.
- In the event of an error in the Services purchased, you have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to notify us. Once notified, an investigation will be opened to resolve the incident.
- If ePigeon is unable to provide the service for any reason or terminates your account without any reason, you will be provided with a refund of the prorated amount of the monthly or annual fee paid in advance.
